Full Service
30 Person Minimum

This is our Catering specialty. With full service catering, our experienced Catering Coordinators will come to your location and give you the full Southern Hospitality treatment! We'll bring your choice of menu hot off the bbq pits, set up and maintain the buffet line and clear and clean our setup at the end of the meal. Food will be served in metal chafing dishes and kept hot with sternos for the duration of your meal.

We will provide table cloths, serving utensils, eating utensils, paper products, cups, ice and BBQ Sauce.

At least 1 week notice preferred. We will try our best to accommodate last minute orders when possible.

Delivery
30 Person Minimum

Our Catering Coordinator will deliver your selected menu to your location. We'll bring and set up the food in ready to serve foil pans with serving utensils. We can provide metal pans and chafing dishes with sternos at an additional charge. This is the perfect option for a quick, easy, and hassle-free meal!

Eating utensils, paper products, cups, ice (at request) and BBQ Sauce are included with all menu options.

At least 2 days notice preferred. We will try our best to accommodate last minute orders when possible.

Pickup
20 Person Minimum

Pick up pans of your choices of meats & sides ready to go at any of our convenient Piggie Park® restaurant locations.

Eating utensils, paper products, and BBQ Sauce are included with all menu options. Cups & Ice are included with drink add-ons at request.

At least 1 day notice preferred. We will try our best to accommodate last minute orders when possible.

Fancy Hors D’oeuvres catering is a great choice for fancy parties and dinners. Popular with corporate holiday parties and weddings! Hors D’oeuvres service is available for parties of 75 guests or more. For larger parties, discounts may apply. Minimum 2 Weeks Notice.

The Hors D’oeuvres package starts at $12 per person and varies on the selections you choose.

Catering FAQs

Q: What kind of events and groups do you cater for?
A: We’ve catered all ranges of meals from backyard barbeques to fancy wedding receptions, from graduation parties to fraternity get-togethers, from doctors’ offices to corporate meetings, from holiday parties to military banquets, from sales meetings to educational classes. We gladly cater for groups of 20 to 2,000+.

Q: How is the food set up?
A: For small offices or home events, we usually serve the menu choices in disposable foil trays for easy serving and cleanup. For larger or longer events, we serve the food in sterno-powered heated pans.

Q: What service options are available?
A: We offer 3 types of catering services –

  1. Full Service Caterings - We set up, monitor, refill, break down, and clean up a self-service buffet food line. Choose from our full Meats & Sides Buffet Menu or the Fancy Hors D’oeuvres selections.
  2. Delivered Caterings - We drop off and set up a self-service buffet food line. Choose from our most popular selections on our Meats & Sides Buffet Menu or our individually made Box Lunches menu.
  3. Pick up Option – We will arrange your pickup of trays of your selections from our Meats & Sides menu or our individually made Box Lunches at a convenient Maurice’s Piggie Park near you.

Q: What is included in the Catering price? Besides the food, what else is included?
A: We gladly offer eating & serving utensils, plates, napkins, cups & ice as necessary for all events. With Full Service and Delivered Meats & Sides Caterings, we also offer complimentary Fresh Brewed Sweet and Unsweet Tea and bread.

Q: What other fees should I expect?
A: For a Full Service catering, we charge a standard 10% service charge. This covers the labor and time to set up, serve and monitor the food at your event and provide clean up afterwards. Full Service orders under $500 will also be charged a flat service charge of $100. For a Delivery, we charge a small delivery fee. Distant Full Service or Delivery caterings may incur a travel fee, depending on location. Catering prices listed do not include sales tax or an optional gratuity.

Q: Do you provide table coverings?
A: Yes, we gladly provide disposable table coverings for the food area in a red and white checkered pattern or plain white. Please request when booking the catering.

Q: Do you rent equipment like tables, table cloths, etc?
A: Yes, we will work directly with outside vendors to provide you with rental equipment, instead of you worrying about working with another vendor for your event. We can provide Chocolate Fountains, Punch Fountains, Silverware, Glassware, Tables, Chairs, Tablecloths and Linens, Tents, etc at the additional item rental fee.

Q: Do you offer children's meals?
A: We do not have specific children’s meals on caterings, but we can be sure to include child-friendly meats and sides in your menu choices.

Q: Do you have any Vegetarian Options?
A: We offer a salad bar option as well as tons of vegetables. Please specify that you’d like the vegetables prepared in a vegetarian friendly fashion.

Q: How should I calculate the guest count?
A: We plan our food quantity based on your guest count, so we try to aim for an accurate count. First, start with the number of people you expect to come. Secondly, if you have any children coming to the event, calculate 2 children as 1 adult for more accurate food portions. It is also helpful for us to know the occasion and general idea of the appetite. (Example - 20 ladies at a bridal shower will eat differently than 20 workers at a construction site.)

Q: Is clean up included?
A: Yes, we always clean up our food station. Trash is typically handled by your event site, otherwise let us know and we will try to accommodate.

Q: If there is leftover food, will it be packaged for us to take? If so, will we need to provide containers?
A: The leftovers on the serving line are yours to keep. We can box them up when we clean up. We try to bring a few extra to-go boxes, but you are always welcome to bring your own containers.

Q: How long does it take to set up for the event?
A: We like to arrive 30-60 minutes before the event depending on the size and quantity of food we will be serving.

Q: Do you offer tastings? If so, is there a charge?
A: We can arrange a tasting at one of our convenient restaurant locations. This must be coordinated through Chris B to avoid confusions and charges; otherwise you can always stop for lunch or dinner at any of our restaurants to purchase plates from our menu. However not all locations serve all of our catering items.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book a catering?
A: For large special occasions like a large holiday party or a wedding, we suggest contacting us as soon as possible to reserve your date. Weekends during wedding season fill up fast! We suggest at least 2 weeks’ notice for Fancy Hors D’oeuvres menu caterings, 1 week notice for Full Service caterings, 2 days notice for Delivery caterings, and 1 day notice preferred for Pick Up catering orders.
