Our St. Louis style premium ribs are pit-cooked for 8 hours over hickory coals and basted with our special heirloom Southern Gold® sauce. All rib orders include one FREE bottle of BBQ sauce. These fully cooked ribs can be heated in the oven and then are ready to please the crowd with a finger-licking Carolina favorite.
Ribs now are packaged in Half Racks of 5 to 6 rib bones for easier storing and thawing. An order with 1 Rack of Ribs will receive 2 Half Rack packages; an order with 2 Racks will receive 4 Half Racks, etc.
