Hams, turkeys, beef briskets and racks of ribs require a two to three day notice to prepare. They will arrive frozen and usually take two to three days to thaw. We recommend you order early, especially around the holidays.

Please report any problem or concern with your order to one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-MAURICE (1-800-628-7423) within 15 days from the date your order was delivered. You may email us at [email protected].

Please make sure to include as much information as possible concerning your order (order ID#, date ordered or shipped, name of person to whom package was shipped, your name, telephone number, item ordered, how ordered was placed) to help us expedite the process.

Please note: Maurice’s Piggie Park® does not take responsibility for items shipped to incorrect addresses given to us by the customer. We cannot be responsible for items shipped as a gift to a customer who is not home. All problems with orders must be reported to our Flying Pig Department within 15 days from the date your order was delivered. We do not ship on Saturdays. Shipments to APO & FPO addresses will be sent by the USPS and cannot be frozen items. We accept money orders, cashier’s checks and credit or debit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISC).
