Our popular tender beef brisket is pit-cooked for 6 hours over hickory coals and basted with our special heirloom sauce. The brisket is one of the highest premium meats from the cow and the true wood-fired taste is beyond delicious. Easy to heat and serve in minutes in a microwavable tray.
We serve the brisket by the pound, pre-sliced by our Pitmaster, or a whole pit-cooked brisket, unsliced.
